It usually installs gate valves with flow cut-off function before the fluid meter equipped on water supply distribution system to control on/off
of pipeline, connecting filter in series to block the impurities of flow. However, such connecting structure has defects exist, such as complicated
installation, taking up large space, requiring relative much more flange ends, difficult to remove and install with regard to meter’s
repair and replacement.
With a view to above defects, we have developed YQ Resilient Seated Gate Valve with Bucket Strainer combining multifunction, like
having smooth waterway without recess to trap flow and equipping filter, as our patented product.
The gate valve has complete functions, stable performance, compact structure, occupying little space, long life service, easy
access to install and repair, and high capacity with low cost, therefore becoming an ideal flow cut-off and filter device in pipeline application.
Working principle:
When the fluid passes through the filter to enter into downstream of the valve, big impurities pile up in the filter, but small
ones filter through and deposit at the bottom of chamber. Close the wedge and remove the cleaning cover, taking out the
filter and cleaning the debris. Unscrew the plug at the bottom of chamber and then flush the chamber with water.
